We assist anyone who is in an immediate crisis, which can be anything from an urgent financial crisis to a mental health crisis to a natural disaster. We do not limit ourselves to certain types of crisis.

Crisis counseling provides immediate emotional support for individuals facing acute distress. Our trained counselors help clients navigate their feelings, stabilize emotions, and develop a personalized plan for further care.

You may need crisis counseling if you are experiencing overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, hopelessness, or if you are in an emotionally distressing situation. If you are considering harming yourself or others, seek help immediately.

We offer a range of services including individual crisis counseling, group support sessions, and connections to longer-term mental health care resources. Qualification typically depends on your current financial distress due to unexpected circumstances, such as job loss, natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other crises. Documentation may be required to support your application.

Long-term Stabilization involves developing a personalized “life plan” for individuals recovering from crises, allowing them to arrive at a point where they life is not overwhelmed with ongoing crises. This may include financial planning and support, job placement, therapy, support groups, community connections, and case management services to help with sustained recovery.

Yes, we prioritize confidentiality and will protect your personal information in accordance with privacy regulations, while still providing the support you need.
