Submission Tips

Open and Honest Sharing: We encourage authenticity in storytelling. Share your personal experiences candidly. Your unique perspective is valuable and can resonate with others.

Format Options: Stories can be written or recorded (video submissions should be in landscape format and under three minutes).

Image Submissions: You may include personal or family photos to enhance your story. We recommend using portrait-sized images for the best presentation.

You can submit your story in writing or as a video. If you choose to record a video, please film in landscape format. Keep the video length to under three minutes.

Anonymity Choice: You can choose to share your full name or just your first name. Your comfort level is important, so decide what works best for you.
